Money Back Guarantee
Hey, we can’t be happy unless you’re happy. And, we don’t mean just sort of general happy. We want you to be can’t-sleep-at night-your-so-excited-about-InvestorsObserver happy. You know, like that feeling when you find a great old Frank Sinatra album on eBay. (At least that’s what makes us happy)
So here’s the guarantee… (It’s pretty simple)
If you are not totally satisfied with an Investors Observer product or service and decide to cancel your subscription you will receive a full refund.
To claim a refund, go to the “Contact Us” menu option and send us an email with your name and phone number. We will put our best people on it to get your money back. If we need to call you don’t be surprised if you hear Sinatra in the background.
NOTE: For monthly services you will be refunded for the current month. You must be a current fully paid member to request a refund. For premium articles you will have three days from the date of purchase to claim a refund. For prepaid annual equity membership your prorated unused fees will be refunded. If, during the first 90 day of your subscription to the Hedged Income Portfolio Review, the HIPR report does not identify trades that can generate at least $5,000 in cash, you may request a full refund. We’ll gladly refund every cent of your subscription fee. No questions asked. But that’s not all… If you become dissatisfied with the HIPR for any reason at any time after the first 90 days, you may request a full refund of the unused portion of your subscription. Your prorated subscription fees will be refunded to you. No questions. No hassles, we promise. Our lawyer made us put this in. (He doesn’t like it when we play Sinatra in the office. We’re not sure how long we’ll keep this lawyer. Do you know a good lawyer that likes Sinatra?)
For other services with annual fees, you have up to 30 days from the time of the charge to request a refund. After your first 30 days of service, no refunds will be available. If you decide to cancel after being charged for your second year of service, you will again have 30 days to request a refund for that year’s fee.
